For our 2026 spring season we will have a "JV" and "C" team which include grades 9-11.

The spring season officially begins every year on President's Day. For the 2026 season that is February 16th.

Practices will be held at the Fort Zumwalt South High school practice fields.

Practices are Monday-Thursday 5-7pm. Daylight and weather may impact the early season practice (until daylight savings time). Pre-season indoor training will begin in January and times and location are TBD.

Games will be played at various locations around the greater St. Louis area depending on schedule. Home fields/games will be played at Dames Park in O'Fallon, MO.

Jerseys and shorts will be included with registration. Helmets will also be included for all new members to the club.

$250 deposit upon registration. Balance of $500 due by February 16th. Registration includes all expenses for the season including, coaching, field space, helmets, jerseys, referees, athletic trainers, team pictures and more.

Cost of individuals equipment outside of the helmet will be at the expense of the player.

Any outside tournaments may include an extra fee and are TBD.

FZ lacrosse strives to keep the barrier of entry to play lacrosse at an affordable level. With amazing sponsors and fundraising efforts, we can continue to support this goal.

Fundraising/sponsorship opportunities will be announced throughout the season.
