FREE Intro to Lacrosse

New to lacrosse??? This is for you!!! 

Already play lacrosse??? This is for you to bring a friend to try it!!!

No experience needed. 

Sticks only (and gloves if you have them). We can provide sticks!

Just come ready to learn the game and have fun!

When: June 10th 7:00-8:15PM

Where: Fort Zumwalt South High

Cost: Free!

Spring 2026 Summer camp

WHAT: Lacrosse skills and scrimmage! 60 min of skills training followed by 30 min controlled scrimmage.

WHEN: This camp is Thursday nights, 7:00-8:15/8:30 pm, for 6 weeks starting June 18th and finishing July 23rd. 

WHERE: Fort Zumwalt South High Practice Fields (behind the stadium)

WHO:1st-8th grade (including future incoming freshman), all skill levels welcome! No experience needed but this is a full pads camp. Limited equipment available to borrow. Please reach out. 

Required gear= Helmet, chest protector, elbow pads, gloves. 

Cost: $150 includes Summer tank!
